You must be 18 years of age or older to use Gbaji Bet's services. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal adult age and that participating in online gaming and betting is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Gbaji Bet may request your National ID or other identification documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with Gbaji Bet. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified
• Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals

Documents required for KYC verification: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months may also be required for address verification.

Gbaji Bet supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is available once per account
• A wagering requirement (typically 20–35x) must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Gbaji Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time

If bonus abuse is confirmed — such as fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk bets or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Gbaji Bet:

• Each game has its own betting limits — please check before you start playing
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• Gbaji Bet reserves the right to void any bets placed under incorrect odds or improper conditions due to a technical error
• In the event of a dispute over a match or event result, Gbaji Bet's decision is final
• Bets placed during live betting that are affected by connection issues will still be considered valid

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gbaji Bet platform:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Accessing another person's account without authorization
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering)
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Involvement in chargeback fraud or payment deception

Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Gbaji Bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month.

If you have a dispute with Gbaji Bet, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

1. First, report the issue via live chat or email
2. If unresolved, submit a formal complaint within 7 days
3. Gbaji Bet will issue a formal decision within 30 days
4. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact an independent mediation body

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, Gbaji Bet's server logs shall serve as the definitive record.

Gbaji Bet will not be held liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If data is compromised due to third-party hacking or cyberattacks (provided appropriate security measures were in place)
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence

Gbaji Bet strives to maintain 99.8% uptime at all times. However, brief service interruptions may occasionally be necessary for technical maintenance — advance notice will be provided.

Gbaji Bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For any significant changes, you will be notified at least 7 days in advance via the mobile number or email registered to your account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you will have the option to close your account.
